Project Description
In this project, we redesigned a website by implementing a hamburger menu using JavaScript. The goal was to make the site more responsive and user-friendly on mobile devices. When the site is viewed on a computer, the traditional horizontal menu is visible. However, when viewed on a mobile device, the horizontal menu disappears and is replaced by a compact hamburger menu.
This redesign improves the user experience by simplifying navigation on smaller screens, ensuring the site remains clean and easy to navigate. The hamburger menu is activated with a simple click or tap, revealing the navigation options.
Using JavaScript, we were able to control the visibility of the menus based on the screen size, making the website more dynamic and adaptable to different devices. This enhancement not only boosted the functionality of the site but also made it more visually appealing and accessible to users across various platforms.
